Due to the current foot and mouth crisis the decision has been taken by Motorsport Ireland to cancel all motorsport events in Ireland for the month of March. The situation will be reviewed over the coming weeks. As the Midland Motor Club Single Stage Rally imposes on the farming community the club has decided to postpone the event until the current crisis has passed. Due to the nature of the event it would be unwise to call to everybody to explain the situation. This decision has not been taken lightly as plans for the event were at a very advanced stage.
