Midland Motor Club Notes
Midland Motor Club held and Autotest on Sunday 7th of January last. The event was held in Mc Carricks, Dublin Rd. Athlone. There were 26 Entries and they all agreed that it was a very successful and enjoyable event. Eamon Byrne finished 1st overall with JJ Farrell in 2nd followed by Eddie Peterson in 3rd. Sam Johnston from Longford in his Johnston Farm Equipment Mini Special finished 7th overall. Clerk of the Course for the event was Fergal Henehan with Sean Henehan as Secretary. They would like to thank the Mc Carrick family for the venue and all club members who helped out on the day. Next club event is a round of the National Navigation Trial Championship on the 17/18 of February.
